General Objective
 The College’s Agency for Support Services is concerned with providing administrative and technical services to other organizational units in the College and helping them achieve their goals by providing logistical support for the main services provided by the College.

Responsibilities and P​owers
• Participate in developing the college’s strategic plan, follow up on its progress, and ensure its implementation with the participation of all college sectors.
• Supervising all human resources activities and services to ensure the availability of the necessary administrative and academic competencies.
• Nominating the heads of the agency’s units and submitting to the college’s CEO to issue executive decisions.
• Supervising the processes of building partnerships with government and private employment agencies.
• Supervising business development plans and developing the college’s own resources.
• Supervising the quality processes and academic accreditation of programs.
• Supervising the processes of attracting students, trainees, permanent and collaborating faculty members.
• Supervising field visits to the targeted sectors.
• Supervising the procedures and processes of faculty member contracts according to the bylaws and regulations.
• Supervising and following up on financial and accounting operations and transactions, the college’s revenues and payments, and reporting to the college’s CEO.
• Proposing rules for organizing teaching rewards for faculty members, trainers, administrators, and collaborators according to the bylaws and regulations and submitting them for approval.
• Supervising the college’s media plans.
• Submitting periodic reports to the college’s CEO about the agency’s progress.
• Carrying out any other tasks or responsibilities that fall within the scope of jurisdiction based on the direction of the College CEO.
